Has spent his career in the financial-control domain – driving change management and business-process redesign. Peter-Jan’s experience spans a variety of industries and leadership roles – from foods to telecommunications and high-tech manufacturing, and from independent consultant to Finance Director.
Worked as employee, employer, entrepreneur and consultant
Studied business economics and accountancy at the Tilburg University in the eighties. Started as Auditor.
Became Master of finance & control in the nineties of the previous century and Certified Change Master of Management in this century. Both achieved at the VU University in Amsterdam.

First electric tractorCEO for startup
H2Trac builds the first electric tractor. It has a complete electric powertrain built with reliable components, a unique on-the-fly track width adjustment and five positions for all common tools and agricultural equipment. A modern 6-cylinder diesel engine with 160 kW (210 Hp) is used as range extender.
A redesign was executed in 2018.,taking into account all test results of the first two build. We plan to have the first EOX175 on the market by 2019/2020. H2Trac reduces farmer’s work and enables them to be more efficient and sustainable while utilizing the soil more profitably.
